COMING OUT WITH A SMILE OF SATISFACTION FROM JAKSA INDAH FOOD STALL

If your walking around Jalan Jaksa, stopover at Jaksa Indah food stall. The food stall is easy to find, it`s just infront of the Wisma Delima Hostel. To be more accurate, it is located at Jalan Jaksa no.2. Here, you can taste the Tegal traditional food, such as the “nasi rames”, and the “opor ayam”, once you see it, your mouth will water.

You don’t need to worry about being able to enjoy the food or not because not only that the taste is sweet and not too spicy, it is also not expensive. With only 6,000 Indonesian Rupiahs(IDR; about 60 Cents), you can enjoy the “nasi rames”. Nasi rames is fried cob fish served with white rice, cassava, and tempe bacem. Tempe bacem is thempe that is fried with soy as flavoring, so, it tastes sweet. You will also be given a free sweet ice tea. So, you don`t need to worry about spending too much money.

Besides the various dishes, various kinds of beverages can also be enjoyed, such as orange juice, ice soda milk, or milk cofee. A glass of sweet ice tea can be enjoyed for about 1,500 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR), the feeling of the cool ice tea will refresh your mind. In a hurry? There’s no need to worry because the Jaksa Indah food stall has a delivery service.

To eat at the food stall, all you have to do is come directly to the food stall, and order the food you want. The prices are between 3,000 and 6,000 IDR. Jaksa Indah food stall does not accept credit cards. After eating, just prepare 10,000 IDR.

The food stall opens from 5.30 a.m. and closes at 10.00 p.m. everyday. The room where the customers eat is quiet small, because there are only 4 benches that can only accommodate about 5 people, and 6 single tables. The food stall has only a fan as means of cooling the place, so, the heat will accompany the guests while eating.

The cleanness of the stall is not taken care of by the owner, but after you finish eating, an attendant will take your plate and glass away to be washed. Therefore the cleanness of the eating utilities is assured. Besides that, the food served are not more than a day old, therefore, it`s safe to eat. The attendants are polite, whenever you enter the food stall, the attendants smiles politely, and asks for your order.

The food is cheap and hygenic, the attendants smiles, satisfaction is what you`ll get after eating at the place.
